Goal Folios were developed exclusively for The Mentorship Network for Women. This easy-to-use career success tracking system allows you to document your past achievements and future goals using the Mentorship System.

Search Goals and Achievements: Search and view publicly shared Goals and Achievements by keyword, Mentorship Focus Area or Career Focus Area.

Track Your Goals: Entering a Goal is quick and easy using the Folio system. You can add as much detail as you wish or keep it as simple as a to-do list. Each entry allows you the opportunity to enter information such as your start and estimated completion date, how much of the goal is already completed, the resources required and challenges you will face, and your plan of action to achieve the goal. You can edit your goal at any time and when you change your percentage complete to 100%, the Goal automatically becomes an Achievement in the system. Keep track of the type of Goal you are managing by selecting a specific Mentorship Focus Area or Career Focus Area. You also have the option of sharing your Goal with other members or keeping your Goal private.

Track Your Achievements: Celebrate your Achievements by tracking them in the Folio system. Your Achievements can be categorized in any of the 10 Mentorship Focus areas and 26 Career Focus Areas. Achievements can be as simple as documenting your bonus to detailing the award you just received in the industry. You have the option of filling in information about how you accomplished your Achievement. Keep this information as a reminder of how you faced your challenges and won. If you choose to share your Achievement record, other members may be inspired to attain similar achievements.

Increase Your Chances of Finding a Mentor or Mentee by Tracking your Goals and Achievements: Goal and Achievement records are viewable through a Member’s profile. When potential Mentors and Mentees are searching for an alliance, the number and type of Goals and Achievements may influence their decision to contact you for a potential match.
