About the Mentorship SystemThe Mentorship System was developed to assist members with identifying alliances and achieving goals. The system includes functionality and resources across 10 Mentorship Focus Areas and 26 Career Focus Areas. Using the Focus Filter at the top of the page, members can find an alliance, mentorship resources, and browse goals and achievements. Users can also detail mentorship preferences and document goals and achievements using the Mentorship Focus Areas.
